Using the ultimate magnetic cooking tech, the Lincat Phoenix PHER01 Induction oven range gives commercial kitchens an oven range that could be up to 97% more efficient than a traditional electric range.
Six 1.85kW zones give direct access to powerful cooking without compromise, with the hob being a utility option for the busiest of professional kitchens.
A thick 6mm ceramic surface can withstand high impact cooking, making this a powerful and robust range that won’t wither under intense pressure.
One major benefit with induction cooking over more traditional electric and gas hobs is the automatic pan detection, meaning that only when compatible pans are placed on the heat zones, does the Phoenix PHER01 begin heating the pan.
Electromagnetic energy is used to only generate heat when the pan is on the hob, and this method only heats the pan itself, so barely any heat is lost to the air and immediate atmosphere.
Almost all of the heat is created in the pan, which means super-quick heating and even quicker cooking compared to gas and electric hobs.
The ceramic surface also cools much quicker, meaning a safer and cooler cooking area when compared to other more traditional methods.
A standard electric oven is also present, with precise oven control from 50°C to 250°C and twin assisted fans making this a true commercial kitchen powerhouse for the pro chef.
