Achieve professional cooking results, in a fraction of the time, with Merrychef’s ConneX 12, high-speed oven. Utilising a mixture of microwave, convection and tuned impingement heating, the oven is able to cook up to 80% faster than conventional methods – even cooking a chilled, 12″ pizza in as little at 90 seconds. This not only ensures that your dishes get to customers quickly but also maintains food’s taste, texture, and nutritional value.
The ConneX 12 features Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity with access to Welbilt KitchenConnect® software, alongside a 7″ touchscreen menu with over 100, pre-set cooking options. This makes it easy for you or your staff to monitor cooking status, update menu items and even remotely access the oven for enhanced customisation.
Plus, its compact design means that the ConneX 12 can be placed in even the smallest of commercial kitchens, without using too much of your floor or counter space.
